Individual Therapy

Your therapy journey is just that - yours. We believe that every individual deserves autonomy and to have a positive relationship with themselves. Therapy can be a fantastic resource to navigate different parts of yourself and find ways to connect with yourself. As your therapists we are walking your path with you, and there to offer support, perspective, and empathy. Therapy is a relationship, and finding the right therapist is an important part of anyone’s therapeutic journey. We encourage you to “interview” therapists, ourselves included! Ask questions, be open, be curious.

Nicole is a Provisionally Registered Art Therapist who brings a rich breadth of experience as an artist and therapist.
