Individual Therapy
Your therapy journey is just that - yours. I believe that every individual deserves autonomy and to have a positive relationship with themselves. Therapy can be a fantastic resource to navigate different parts of yourself and find ways to connect with yourself. As your therapist I am walking your path with you, and there to offer support, perspective, and empathy. Therapy is a relationship, and finding the right therapist is an important part of anyone’s therapeutic journey. I encourage you to “interview” therapists, myself included! Ask questions, be open, be curious.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a wonderful resource for couples who are looking to work through a variety of relational tensions, struggles, and changes. Through couples therapy, I utilize a Gottman-informed lens that supports couples in focusing on recognizing and changing patterns in the relationship. I utilize art therapy as a practice in addition to talk therapy.
Young Adults
I support my clients in fostering a healthy self-identity, navigating life transitions, and figuring out the life of “adulting.” I recognize that transitioning into adulthood is an experience that looks different for everyone. Therapy is a really useful place to figure out what you want in your life.
Adults
I work with folks who are navigating transitions, developing a balance of professional and personal life, and exploring ways to cope with stress, anxiety, and adjustments. I also offer a career counseling informed approach in navigating career transitions.
Couples
I enjoy working with couples who are navigating various life transitions, from life planning to day to day interactions. Sometimes it is really useful to have a place to work through our thoughts, feelings, and ideas together.
